Terms of Service

These terms cover access to Avela's nutrition coaching app, public tools, subscriptions, and checkout flows. Avela provides behavior-support and nutrition-planning guidance. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

Accounts and Eligibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. Use clinician-provided nutrition guidance first if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, are recovering from an eating disorder, or have been given a prescribed nutrition plan.

Subscriptions and Cancellation

Paid plans, trials, renewals, and cancellation terms are shown during checkout. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account or by contacting support.

Nutrition Estimates

Meal, calorie, macro, and restaurant estimates are planning aids. They can vary because portions, preparation, sauces, labels, and menu data vary.
